First Toy Photo Ever

I've been scanning old photo albums lately, when I came across the first photo I ever took of my toys. I shot the photo of an old camera I bought at a garage sale for $1. It was about the same time as GI Joe: A Real American Hero figures came out in 1982.

It was just a simple photo of my first three figures - Short Fuze, Stalker, and Snake-Eyes. Short Fuze's head was cut off. The shadows are horrible.

But hey, it was the start of something fun.

  1. Oh man, I'm still hoping someday my mom will discover my old toy pics hidden away somewhere. I remember taking my Luke, R2, Yoda and X-Wing to the nearby swamp for some Dagobah action.

  2. I love that you have this!!! I wish I had pictures of all my old toys... in action or not. I think I still have a shot somewhere of the Christmas when I got the Mobile Command Center... that was one hell of a great Christmas.

I honestly wish I had taken oodles and oodles of pictures of all my toys. I'm trying to make sure I take plenty of pictures of my kid's toys so that when they're older they'll have them to enjoy.
